Following his service in the United States Air Force, Franklin established a career in telecommunications, developing extensive experience in cable, satellite systems, fiber optics, and low-voltage infrastructure. His dedication to quality, professionalism, and strong business relationships helped establish the foundation upon which the company continues to operate.
Today, under the leadership of Nicole S. Jones, MBA, First Consulting LLC is entering a new chapter, expanding its capabilities beyond telecommunications to include Healthcare Consulting and Business Consulting & Development.

Following his service in the United States Air Force, where he attained the rank of Master Sergeant before retiring, Franklin Jones established a distinguished career in telecommunications. His expertise in cable television, satellite communications, fiber optics, and low-voltage infrastructure laid the foundation for First Consulting LLC.
Now retired from company leadership, Franklin's legacy of service, technical excellence, and integrity continues through the next generation of leadership.
More than two decades ago, he founded First Consulting with a commitment to technical excellence, dependable service, and lasting client relationships.
His military background, entrepreneurial vision, and dedication to professionalism helped establish the principles that continue to guide the company today.

Nicole S. Jones is a business executive, entrepreneur, and consulting professional with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, business development, and organizational leadership.
Holding a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Nicole has built a distinguished career developing strategic partnerships, expanding physician referral networks, leading marketing initiatives, and supporting organizational growth across the healthcare industry.
Building upon the telecommunications company established by her father, retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant Franklin Jones, Nicole founded the consulting division of First Consulting LLC, expanding the company's capabilities into healthcare consulting, business strategy, and organizational development.
As Chief Executive Officer, Nicole brings together the company's established telecommunications foundation and her extensive experience in healthcare and business leadership to guide its continued growth across multiple industries.
